It is my great pleasure to be invited by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) as one of the Speakers of Strategic Leadership for Good Governance: Introductory Course for Newly-Minted Officials where we were able to join the 23 Local Governments and their 200 newly elected officials bayan.
It is an honor to be able to share with the respected Mayors, Vice Mayors, and Councilors of different towns and cities in the Province of Quezon and Batangas how we developed Carmona from being its third-class municipality to being the Youngest City in the philippines and Smart City in the making through our Visionary and Entrepreneurial Leadership, and the concept of Local Economic Development.
