Hundreds of Silang residents received much-needed medical and dental care at a free medical and dental mission held at Patio Medina, Poblacion 1 on January 28, 2024. The activity was led by the Provincial Government of Cavite through the Office of the Provincial Governor, and Office of the Provincial Health Officer, in collaboration with the Caviteños UK Association.
With a shared goal of promoting community health, the mission provided free medical consultations, prescribed medicines, dental check-ups, and tooth extractions, to residents. A total of 706 individuals benefited from medical consultations, while 68 patients received free dental services.
Silang’s local officials, including Mayor Ted Carranza, Vice Mayor Mat Toledo, and members of the Sangguniang Bayan, graced the event, showing their full support for the welfare of their constituents. Their presence reinforced the commitment to making healthcare accessible to every Caviteño. (R. Tanael)
