On October 28, 2024, the Cavite Police Provincial Office held a ceremonial turnover of command at the Covered Court, Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City. The event was presided over by Police Brigadier General Paul Kenneth T. Lucas, Regional Director of PRO 4A.
The ceremony was attended by Hon. Athena Bryana D. Tolentino, the Provincial Governor of Cavite, who served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. During the event, Brigadier General Lucas presented an award to Police Colonel Eleuterio M. Ricardo Jr., recognizing his valuable contributions to Cavite’s peace and order initiatives.
He then formally relinquished his responsibilities as Provincial Director.
Likewise, the symbolic turnover of office, property, and equipment was officiated by PBGen Paul Kenneth T. Lucas, marking the official transition. Governor Tolentino also delivered an inspirational message, commending PCol Ricardo’s leadership and warmly welcoming PCol Alegre, expressing her full support for his incoming tenure. (A. Sarte)
