June 12, 2025 | Kawit, Cavite, Philippines – The GCV Movement Philippines proudly stood shoulder to shoulder with the Filipino people in commemorating the 127th Independence Day of the Philippines, held at the historic town of Kawit, Cavite — the cradle of the nation’s hard-won freedom.
As dawn broke over Cavite, a powerful spirit of patriotism and unity filled the air. By 4:00 AM, Pi Network GCV Ambassadors gathered with purpose, ready to honor our heroes through active participation. Leading the delegation were:

Their involvement reflected the Philippines GCV Movement’s deep commitment to national pride, civic duty, and the pursuit of genuine economic freedom for the Filipino people.
Through the initiative of the organizing team and with the invaluable support of Mr. Rhouz Camposanto, Tourism Officer of Kawit, the GCV team proudly joined the vibrant parade — alongside some 4,000 participants representing diverse sectors of society.
Marching through the storied streets of Kawit with banners held high, the GCV representatives not only paid tribute to the nation’s heroes but also amplified a modern call for freedom: the freedom to build a just and sustainable economy through GCV’s mission of economic self-determination.
We believe that the fight for freedom did not end with independence from colonial rule. Today, that battle continues — against economic oppression, inequality, and the systems that keep communities in poverty. Our movement calls on every Filipino to stand united in building a future where economic power rests in the hands of the people.

On this historic June 12, 2025, we honor the sacrifices of our heroes who secured our sovereignty. And as members of the Pi Network and proud GCV Ambassadors, we pledge to protect that sovereignty not only through remembrance, but through action — uplifting lives, empowering communities, and striving for a future where no Filipino is left behind.
Freedom is not just a legacy — it is a mission. A responsibility. A promise.
