On April 1, 2026, Provincial Government of Cavite through the Office of the Provincial Public Employment Service Manager (OPPESM), headed by Ms. Rizalie Pinpin Enero, successfully organized the Cavite Career Caravan in SM City Tanza.
The initiative also gained support from Hon. Chelsea Jillian Sarno, Cavite SK Federation President, further highlighting the commitment of the youth sector in promoting employment opportunities.
A total of 460 job seekers registered for the event, participated in by 55 companies—49 local and 6 overseas employers. Notably, 71 applicants were hired on the spot, highlighting the strong employment opportunities generated during the activity.
Additionally, national government agencies were present to assist participants in updating their records and availing of essential services. These included the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), PAG-IBIG Fund, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), and the Office of the Provincial Cooperative Development Officer (OPCDO), which provided guidance and support to individuals interested in forming or joining cooperatives and accessing related programs. — OPIO
