Cavite Products Take Center Stage at OTOP Philippines Trade Fair and Exhibit

Cavite’s homegrown products are taking center stage as local entrepreneurs bring their creativity, skills, and enterprise to a wider market through the OTOP Philippines Trade Fair and Exhibit 2026, which opened on September 30 at the Activity Center of SM City Molino in Bacoor City.

Organized by the Provincial Government of Cavite through the Office of the Provincial Cooperatives Development Officer (OPCDO), the five-day trade fair features 30 exhibitors offering a variety of proudly Cavite-made products, giving consumers an opportunity to discover and support local enterprises.

With the theme “Elevating Local Excellence through Innovation and Market Readiness,” the activity goes beyond product display as it provides local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with an avenue to strengthen their presence in the market, engage directly with consumers, and explore opportunities for business expansion.

Adding another highlight to the event is the launching of the One Barangay, One Product (OBOP) in the City of Bacoor, showcasing the potential of barangay-based enterprises and locally developed products as part of community-level economic development.

The trade fair is a collaborative undertaking of the OPCDO, City Government of Bacoor through the Bacoor City Livelihood and Development Department, Department of Trade and Industry–Cavite, and SM City Molino, working together to provide greater exposure and market opportunities for local entrepreneurs.

Running until October 4, 2026, the exhibit invites shoppers and visitors to experience the variety of Cavite-made products and, at the same time, contribute to the growth of local enterprises by choosing to buy local. — OPIO
