The Provincial Government of Cavite, through the Office of the Provincial Governor in partnership with the Office of the Provincial Health Officer, successfully conducted a Medical and Dental Mission on May 5, in Barangay Teniente Tiago, General Mariano Alvarez (GMA), Cavite.
The outreach program provided free healthcare services to 435 beneficiaries, including 425 medical consultations, 62 dental extractions, 60 Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) tests, and 33 Electrocardiogram (ECG) procedures.
The General Emilio Aguinaldo Memorial Hospital (GEAMH) Medical and Dental Team, in collaboration with the CarSIGMA District Hospital team, worked together to deliver essential healthcare services and address the medical needs of the community.
Fifth District Board Member Ivee Jayne Reyes graced and supported the event, together with Municipal Councilor Aiza Gutierrez. The initiative was further strengthened through the support of local healthcare workers and community leaders, including Punong Barangay Eleuterio Reginio.
Through this successful mission, the provincial government continues to strengthen its commitment to accessible healthcare by bringing vital medical and dental services closer to Caviteño communities while promoting public health and community welfare. — OPIO
